The Youth Guarantee Trailblazer is a West of England initiative helping young people aged 18–21 (and some 16–17 year olds) access employment, training, and apprenticeships. Businesses can engage with the programme to develop their workforce, access funding opportunities, and receive support — including an employer bursary to help cover costs of offering placements to young people. It forms part of the government's wider Get Britain Working strategy.
