The West Midlands Mayor's Youth Employment Plan is a regional initiative to help young people aged 16-30 into work, training, and apprenticeships. Employers can pledge to offer work experience placements, apprenticeships, or school careers support as part of a target to create 20,000 opportunities. The plan also funds free training up to Level 3, dedicated work coach support, and mental health services for young people.
