Pre-clinical Translational Models Hub

Summary

This grant funds the establishment of a single UK Hub for developing pre-clinical translational human in vitro models, such as organoids and organ-on-a-chip systems, to improve medicines discovery and reduce animal use in research. It is open to UK research organisations eligible for MRC funding, with up to £20 million available from MRC (covering 80% of full economic costs up to £25 million).
