The London Living Wage is a voluntary hourly pay rate of £14.80, set above the legal minimum to reflect the higher cost of living in London. The Mayor of London encourages employers to voluntarily adopt this rate to benefit workers and their businesses. Over 4,300 employers already participate, and businesses can apply to become an accredited Living Wage employer.
