Employee Upskilling Fund

Summary

This grant offers up to £10,000 to micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough to fund training that helps existing employees move into higher-paid roles. Businesses must be struggling to recruit and retain staff, and commit to retaining upskilled employees for at least 12 months.
