Connect to Work is a supported employment programme launching in August 2025, run by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). It is designed to help young people aged 18-24 (and 16+ by exception) who are disabled, have long-term health conditions, or face complex barriers to employment find and sustain paid work. The programme is not a direct business grant — it funds organisations (via Local Authorities and procurement) to deliver supported employment services to eligible young people.
